Rosie FITHIIT Trainer

I'm Rosie and I'm a qualified Personal Trainer, who can teach fitness classes, offer one to one training and nutrition help and advice to my clients.

I started by using Louise as a Personal Trainer after realising how overweight and unhappy I was in myself. I had always used the fact that I am asthmatic as an excuse not to be physically active, but after meeting with Louise I quickly learned she could adapt to my level of fitness and work around the asthma. A few sessions later I realised that my clothes had become looser, I hadn't used my inhaler as often and I felt happier within myself. A year down the line not only had I met my goal in weight but had found my health majorly improved and had heaps more energy to run around with my two children!

My passion for exercise and increased confidence is what led me to start my training to become a Personal Trainer so that I could follow my dream and encourage others to overcome their fears and physical restrictions and not to let bad health hold them back. I want to support my clients to build body confidence, achieve and maintain physical fitness and body weight, gain muscle and strength, reduce the risk of certain illness, boost energy levels and motivate them to reach their own individual goals regardless of personal limitations.
