Terms and Conditions - Personal Training
- Pay as you go clients are required to pay at the point of booking prior to the session being taken.
- Clients paying for bulk sessions are to pay in advance of training at point of booking, subject to the amount of sessions agreed between trainer and client.
- Clients paying monthly by standing order are to pay prior to the start of the first month of sessions and then on the 1st of every month thereafter.
- Refunds are not offered after initial payment.
- Clients are required to confirm 24 hours in advance if they are unable to attend a session (does not include sickness).
- Trainers will also confirm 24 hours in advance if unable to hold a session (does not include sickness).
- Clients who wish to discontinue with sessions are required to inform the trainer as soon as possible, however refunds are not offered.
Terms and Conditions - Video Workouts
If you wish to purchase this product made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Refunds will not be given upon purchase of this product.
Any activity carried out as a result of purchasing this product is at the own risk of the individual purchasing or using the product, so please ensure verbal instructions are followed accordingly.
